We have been stepping up our bio-security since the P.E.D. virus was brought to our attention. We have had several conversations with not only customers, but also with herd vets. We have went through our entire process of wash protocol. We encourage input from any customers. Feel free to call with any questions or concerns.
We have taken this matter seriously. Our wash staff and drivers have been talked to individually on how this virus moves, and what the precautions are to keep from spreading it.
We have had protocols in place for several years on entering/exiting our yard, as well as a certain order of doing things on-site, once a trailer arrives "dirty".
We are currently not allowing tours or walk throughs, except from established customers.
